Outside of school I've been a dance instructor for 40 years. I also enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, baking, and spending time at our family camp.

This is my second year with HBE and I love it. My husband and I have three children ages 24, 22, and 19. They are all in college or live on their own. We got our newest family member, Nala, back in April to keep us busy. She is a 10 month old teacup poodle, with so much energy and spunk.

My name is Tina Bowers and I have been working in the district for twenty years now. I moved to Maine from New York after marrying my husband. My husband and I have raised two grown children who have graduated from this school dist...rict. I enjoy spending time with my family most! I like to explore all that the great State of Maine has to offer! I am very grateful to work in a school district that I live in. Getting to know the children and the families at all of the schools that I have worked at over the years is really nice. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to meet your children and be a part of their day!

Kindergarten students have just finished reading Balloons Over Broadway, which tells the story of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. To celebrate, we hosted our own sight word parade today walking around the school
